Helping out

A neat science experiment for the kids. It's as simple as putting whipping cream in an air tight container and shaking it. Shake, shake, shake (you want to say, "your booty" don't you?) Before you know it - BUTTER! We added a little sea salt at the end. And on a fresh bun it tastes fantastic.

Thank you Mrs. C for the idea!

  1. Really now, STOP. Science experiments, homemade goodies, DIY home projects, gardening, meal planning, cooking, running, etc...... If you are not careful I may send my kids to you to be raised. I think they would have way more fun at your house and a much better chance of being successful. You are a tough act to follow, I will never show Rob your blog. He may think that happens in all houses!

  2. Hey Kristi! Don't get overly excited. If you were to ask my kids (right now) who the worst mom in the world was, I'm sure I'd win the award! And it's not like the blog says - at least not everyday. Some days is plain ol' living the life kind of stuff. In fact, most days. But don't tell anyone! And as for the DIY stuff. How else is it going to get done? You live in a LOVELY house - mine needs a little editing. Right now A's outside fighting with the garage door trying to be all "Tim the Toolman". The door is winning... just like on the show...
